As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I provide in-person and online integrative psychotherapy for adults in New York City. My approach is practical, holistic, and non-judgmental, grounded in mindfulness, compassion, and radical acceptance.

Therapy is not about reducing you to a set of symptoms or problems to solve. It is a collaborative process of slowing down, understanding what hurts, and learning to relate to yourself and your life with more clarity, care, and choice.
