Availability & Fees

Current Availability:

I provide both in-person and online therapy. Please contact me directly about current availability.

Appointments are 50 minutes long and start on the hour. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no-shows will typically be charged the full fee. Because of licensure limitations, I can only work with clients who reside in New York State.

Self-Pay Fees:
I charge $150 per session for self-paying clients. I can offer limited sliding scale fees ($90-$150) for those who cannot afford the full fee. If you can afford the full fee, your payment helps allow access for those who can’t.

Insurance:
I’m not currently in-network with any insurance companies. If your plan has out-of-network benefits, I can be seen as an out of network provider.

Out-of-Network (OoN):
Many people have out-of-network benefits through their insurance plan that allow them to see care providers that are out-of network. With OoN, you are responsible to pay our agreed upon fee and you submit the invoice (“super bill”) to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please contact your carrier to confirm OoN benefits, reimbursement rates, and any other relevant coverage details. Learn more about OoN benefits and what to ask your insurance carrier about them.
