Many people experience feeling overwhelmed, stuck, alone, and adrift in their lives. Starting therapy can be a positive and courageous first step in navigating these types of struggles. This can be the beginning of finding more joy and ease in life, deepening connections with others, processing difficult experiences, and opening up to new ways of being. For many, therapy involves developing new forms of curiosity and care towards oneself within a safe and supportive therapeutic environment and relationship.

I provide both in person and on-line psychotherapy for adults in New York City. I take a pragmatic, holistic, and integrative approach to this work, focusing on compassion and acceptance as the foundation of positive change and growth.
