“The practice of art is a psychological activity”

Creative work is meaningful and can also be difficult to sustain.

Most artists I work with experience periods of self-doubt, anxiety, financial stress, and difficulty staying connected to their practice in a way that aligns with their values and adapts to changing lives.

I’ve provided therapy to artists across multiple disciplines, including actors, directors, visual artist, musicians and singers, and writers at various stages in their careers and practices.

Therapy can provide a consistent and caring space to work through existing challenges and habitual patterns.

As both a licensed therapist and an active visual artist, I understand the joys and common pitfalls of an artist's life. My background in the arts shapes how I understand therapy as something that unfolds over time, often in new and surprising ways.

Access to mental health care can be financial challenging for many artists. I offer sliding scale pricing to those who cannot afford my full fee.
